Rose M. Ramirez, MD

Rose M. Ramirez, MD was born and raised in Michigan.  She graduated from the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 1988 and completed her Family Medicine training in 1991.  In 2004, Dr. Rose opened Jupiter Family Medicine, an independent practice.  She opened Jupiter Medical Aesthetics at the same time to provide cosmetic medical services such as laser treatments and Botox.

Zachary Gould, PA

Zachary Gould, PA received his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and his Physician Assistant master's degree from Central Michigan University. He enjoys college sports, chess, and outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking. He lives in Rockford with his wife, a dog, and three cats.
